- The subject of the order is the provision of services in the field of liquidation of illegal waste dumps in the Raszyn Commune in 2026. consisting of: The scope of work, within the scope of matting, includes: collection, loading and removal of waste along with its neutralization and/or recovery, and then sorting area after an illegal landfill, consisting in particular in: 1) reaching the place indicated by the Ordering Party's representative, 2) removing from the place indicated by the Ordering Party municipal waste and post-renovation waste, green waste, waste constituting remains of electrical equipment and electronics, parts of motor vehicles, etc. 3) clearing the area indicated by the Ordering Party's representative from scattered waste, 4) transporting the cleared waste to the place of disposal, recovery or regional processing stations, 5) the contractor will be obliged to obtain a certificate quantitative from the receipt of waste at the place of its neutralization, recovery or waste processing installation in accordance with the waste management hierarchy,6) unloading of waste at the place of destination,7) informing the authorized representative orders...
