Description:
The subject of the contract is the liquidation of illegal waste landfills located on the property in the agricultural ownership of the Treasury in the province. Lower Silesia. The order was divided into 2 separate order items. Order items cannot be divided byContractors, not containing the full scope of the subject of the contract specified in the partial task will be rejected. The scope of work includes, among others:
a) sorting (segregation) of waste,
b) loading on cars of sorted waste,
c) transport of waste to the place of their collection orprocessing,
d) In the case of hazardous waste, transferring to the final recovery process or the final process of disposal by the precipitation holder conducting such pro-sees,
e) spreading the area after completing the work,
f) marking the area by setting information boards aboutNo garbage spilling. When the area is taken over, the contractor becomes the owner and waste manufacturer.work in a way that ensures environmental protection and in terms of fire and safety and work protection,
e) written notification of the Employer of planned final acceptance at least 7 days in advance,
