- The subject and scope of the contract is the removal of abandoned, illegally collected and stored waste in the hall, on the property at ul. Staszica 5 in Stąporkow (hereinafter referred to as waste), placed in various types of containers (including in mausers, barrels with different capacities,Blawned, loose, etc., in the warehouse located on plot No. 5145/7, ID: 260508_4.0002.5145/7, KI1K/00044162/9 and subjecting them to their appropriate as to the properties of waste. Final processes of recovery or disposal. "The Ordering Party does not have technical opinions onthe condition of the hall structure and its roof. The hall has an entrance gate, about 3.5m wide, about 5m high, the object is not provided with access to the media, i.e. there is no running water, electricity and accessto the sanitary sewage system. The square in front of the facility is hardened.
The contracting authority will transfer the contractor the hall in which waste is stored (specified in point 2 OPZ), as well as the right to use the internal road. The transfer will take place on the basis of the delivery and acceptance protocol. The transfer will take place after signingcontract, based on an appropriate protocol.
