- The subject of the contract is the implementation of the PN task: Liquidation of a threat to the life and health of people and the environment arising in connection with the abandonment of illegally deposited waste in the warehouse located on plot 5145/7 at ul. Staszica 5 within the registration area 02 Stąporkow, communeStąporkow, Konecki Poviat, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. The order includes the removal of abandoned, illegally accumulated and stored waste in the hall, on the property at ul. Staszica 5 in Stąporkow (hereinafter referred to as waste), placed in various types of containers (including in mausers, barrels with different capacities, crazy, loose, etc., in the warehouse hall located on plot No. 5145/7, ID: 260508_4.0002.5145/7, KI1K/00044162/9 and subjecting them to the appropriate for the properties of waste. The ordering party noIt has technical opinions on the state of the hall structure and its roof. The hall has an entrance gate, about 3.5m wide, about 5m high, the object is not provided with access to the media, i.e. there is no currentwater, electricity and access to sanitary sewage system. The square in front of the object is hardened. The contracting authority will transfer the contractor a hall in which waste is stored (specified in point 2 OPZ), as well as the right to use the internal road.
