The cost of the loan consists of the amount of interest installments from the unpaid part of the capital and the bank commission on the loan granted.
The payment will be repaided in the last month on the last day working month.
The capital will be repaid each month in the following installments:
- from June 30, 2026 to December 31, 2026 - per month on the last business day of the month in the amount of PLN 97,000.00,
- from January 29, 2027 to October 29, 2027 per month on the last day working month in the amount of PLN 112,200.00,
- November 30, 2027 and December 31, 2027 in the amount of PLN 112,000.00,
- from January 31, 2028 to October 31, 2028 a month on the last business day of the month in the amount of PLN 112,200.00,
- November 30, 2028 and December 29, 2028 in the amount PLN 112,000.00,
- from January 31, 2029 to November 30, 2029 a month on the last business day of the month in the amount of PLN 66,700.00,
- December 31, 2029 in the amount of PLN 66,300.00,
- from January 31, 2030 to November 29, 2030 per month on the last business day of the month in the amount of PLN 76,200.00,
- December 31, 2030 in the amount of PLN 76,300.00,
- from January 31, 2031 to June 30, 2031 a month on the last business day of the month in the amount of PLN 130,700.00,
