Description:
1. The subject of the order is the logistic service, ensuring and organizing the participation of simulated patients for the purposes of carrying out teaching classes or examinations conducted by the Jagiellonian University Collegium Medicum in Krakow, respectively in regarding one to the eighth part of the order.1.1 The order is implemented under the co-financing agreement No. POWR.05.03.00-00-0006/15-00 in the scope of maintaining the sustainability of the Teaching, Innovation, Development project. Increasing the quality of education through development innovative education, co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund under the Operational Program Knowledge Education Development 1.2 Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidation of the subject matter proceedings if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance all or part of the order have not been awarded to it.1.3 The subject of the order is the service of logistics, ensuring and organizing the participation of patients simulated with acting experience (Actor) for the needs of teaching classes or examinations conducted by the Jagiellonian University Medical College in the division...
