Description:
The subject of the order is a service consisting in logistic support for the Scientific and Technical Conference on Reconnaissance and Electronic Warfare Systems 2026. The expected number of participants is approximately 150 people +/-20%. The scope of logistic support includes: - accommodation and meals for conference participants, - providing free parking, - providing an appropriate number of conference rooms and organizational rooms equipped with audiovisual equipment and furniture. The financial settlement of the conference will be based on the actual number of conference participants. Detailed information and requirements regarding the place, date, accommodation, meals, organizational rooms, conference rooms, etc. are described in Annexes No. 1 and 1A to the SWZ.
