Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new truck, the so-called hooklift with 2 mobile tankers.
2. The scope includes the delivery of a 5m3 drinking water tanker mounted on a truck chassis with a hook device in an interchangeable system with an 8m3 ADR tanker for transport and distribution of PB95, PB98, ON fuels. The kit must be designed for rescue operations, civil defense and crisis situations. The supplied set is intended to ensure safe supply of drinking water and fuel(s) in all weather conditions (spring - winter) and appropriate performance for overcoming mines dirt roads. The delivered kit must be approved and fully approved for use and rescue operations, civil defense and crisis situations.
3. Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order specifying, among others, the parameters of the equipment required by the Ordering Party was described in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order.
4. The Ordering Party does not require the Contractor to carry out an on-site inspection or check the documents necessary to complete the order on-site at the Ordering Party's.
5. The contractor may limit himself to completing the sections α in Part IV of the Single European Procurement Document (SPD) and does not have to complete any of the other sections in Part IV of the SPD.
6. The order is co-financed by the Podkarpackie Voivode under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026.
