Description:
The subject of the order is the granting and servicing of a long-term bank loan in the amount of PLN 3,000,000 (in words: three million zlotys) intended to cover the planned budget deficit of Sawieski County in 2025. The bank makes the loan available to the Borrower within 2 days of signing the contract. Grace period for repayment of the loan: from the date of granting until June 29, 2026. The Ordering Party reserves the right to disburse the loan in tranches. The Ordering Party will inform the Contractor in writing about the release of individual tranches 2 days in advance. The instruction to disburse the loan will remain sent electronically (e-mail). The original will be immediately sent to the bank. Delivery of the original cannot determine the release of the loan tranche. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use part of the loan without incurring additional costs.
