Description:
1. The subject of the contract is granting and servicing a long -term loan in the amount of PLN 43,500,000.00 (in words: forty -three million five hundred thousand 00/100) intended to finance the deficit and repayment of previously taken loans, with the possibility of not using the full value loan without additional commissions and fees. The loan repayment will take place in the years 2030 - 2052 from the poviat's own income, with the possibility of extending the years of loan repayment and a change in the amount of annual capital installments during the repayment period. Planned quarterly capital installments in individual years will take out:
• in 2030 - 4 installments for PLN 137,500.00
• in 2031 - 4 installments for PLN 137,500.00
• in 2032 - 4 installments after PLN 162,500.00
• in 2033 - 4 installments of PLN 250,000.00
• in 2034 - 4 installments of PLN 250,000.00
• in 2035 - 4 installments for PLN 312,500.00
• in 2036 - 4 installments for PLN 375,000.00
• in 2037 - 4 installments each 500,000.00 zloty
• in 2038 - 4 installments of PLN 500,000.00
• in 2039 - 4 installments for PLN 625,000.00
• in 2040 - 4 installments for PLN 625,000.00
• in 2041 - 4 installments for PLN 625,000.00
• in 2042 - 4 installments for PLN 625,000.00
• in 2043 - 4 installments for PLN 625,000.00
