Description:
1. The subject of the order is to grant a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 1,500,000.00 for the purpose of; to cover the planned budget deficit in the amount of PLN 120,000.00 and repayment of previously incurred loan liabilities in the amount of PLN 1,380,000.00 2. The amount and purpose of the loan are determined by a resolution of the Council Communes Iw No. 75/XX/2025 of October 22, 2025 regarding taking out a long-term loan, which is an annex to the SWZ. 3. The subject of the order includes taking out and repaying a loan in Polish zlotys (PLN), and in the event of Poland joining the EURO zone, the loan will be converted without any additional abbot. 4.
