- 4.1. The subject of the order is the granting and servicing of a long-term bank loan within the meaning of Art. 69 of the Act of August 29, 1997, Banking Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1646, as amended) incurred for the purpose of repaying previously incurred credit and loan liabilities in the amount 7,131,000.00 (in words: seven million one hundred and thirty-one thousand zlotys 00/100). 1) The loan will be granted and settled in Polish zlotys.2) The loan amount is PLN 7,131,000.00 (in words: seven million one hundred and thirty-one thousand zlotys 00/100)3) The Ordering Party reserves the right to waive any part of the loan amount. At the same time, pursuant to Art. 433 points 4) of the Public Procurement Law informs that the minimum loan amount is PLN 6,131,000.00. 4) The nominal loan period is 7 years (2025-2031). If the ordering party resigns from any part of the loan amount, the repayment schedule will change. New repayment tranches and dates will be agreed between the parties after the last loan tranche has been disbursed. 5) The Ordering Party reserves the right, during the term of the contract, to make changes to the loan repayment schedule.
