Description:
1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in granting a long-term loan
2. Basis for taking out a loan: Resolution No. XXI/135/2025 of the Płońsk District Council of September 30, 2025 on taking out a long-term loan
3. The order was divided into parts:
Part I - repayment previously incurred liabilities due to loans taken out in the amount of PLN 2,600,000.00,
Part II - financing the planned related deficit with the implementation of road and educational investments in the amount of PLN 4,449,444.70.
II order The Ordering Party reserves the right NO collection of the entire loan amount (the minimum scope of the order is to grant a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 2,000,000.00) without incurring any additional fees and commissions.
4. The loan will be secured by a blank bill of exchange together with a bill of exchange declaration,
5. Loan disbursement cashless until December 31, 2025 - in tranches, to the bank account indicated by the Ordering Party; the amount of the tranche will be determined each time by the Ordering Party and submitted to the Contractor in the form of a written application; deadline for disbursing the loan tranche from the date of submission by the Ordering Party written application - in accordance with the Contractor's offer (maximum 3 business days).
