Description:
Service for the needs of Polish Airports, hereinafter referred to as: PPL S.A. Vehicles registered in the Republic of Poland and manufactured no earlier than 2023. The delivered cars in a given class (segment) must be of the same make and model offered by a given manufacturer. PPL S.A. does not require that vehicles in all segments be made by one manufacturer.
b.List of management and emergency vehicles that will operate on public roads:
•Segment E - 1 pc. (annual mileage for the vehicle: 30,000 km);
•Segment D - 22 pcs., 2 pcs. - D (3 pcs. D as an option) - throughannual mileage for the vehicle: 35,000 km);
•Segment C 8 pcs. (3 pcs. as an option) - annual mileage for the vehicle: 30,000 km;
2)The vehicles delivered should have a warranty consistent with the basic warranty provided by the vehicle manufacturer.
3)The vehicles will be used in the territory of the Republic of Poland, exceptsituations in Europe (excluding the countries: Russia, Belarus, Ukraine).
The Contractor undertakes to consent to the vehicles crossing the borders of Poland indefinitely upon handing over the vehicles.
4)PPL S.A. bears the following costs and fees related to the use of cars, i.ej.:
a)1. purchase of fuel and windshield washer fluid;
b)2. keeping cars clean, including: washing and cleaning the interior;
c) installation, repair or replacement of devices that are not the original equipment of cars, installed by PPL S.A. (also applies to car marking) after obtaining consent...
