The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new cars in the form of long -term rental with service and insurance. The contracting authority divides the order into the following parts:
Part No. 1 - long -term rental (48 months) 15 hybrid marked station wagon or crossover cars (segment C);
Part 2 - long -term rental (48 months) 5 electric unmarked sedan cars, station wagon or crossover (segment C);
Each contractor has the right to submit an offer for one or more part of these proceedings.
The Contractor will provide the Employer with the following scope of services as part of the monthly vehicle rental rate:
1) Fleet financing - Car cost, car registration, preparing cars for issuing, handing over cars and documents to the ordering party, pickup cars at the headquarters of the Ordering Party;
2) insurance and elimination of damage: AC, OC, NNW without the participation of your own ordering party in the damage throughout the period duration of the contract, securing full proceedings in the liquidation of damage, Assistance service - Poland's territorial scope. The contracting authority will not be he suffered repair costs not covered by the insurance policy. The contracting authority expects the provision of services in the field of the highest level insurance policy, i.e. taking into account all random events that may include the policy.
