Description:
1. The subject of the contract is a long -term rental of cars, for state administration units, indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ, divided into parts.
2. The detailed method of implementation of the subject of the contract was specified in Annex 3 to SWZ - the planned provisions of the contract and Annex 2 A to SWZ - technical specification.

Position Library of Reports under number 22 The contracting authority recommends that the contractor, when preparing the offer, read the current version of the abovementioned studies.
4. The order will be carried out on the basis of a contract concluded between Contractor and each unit. Detailed conditions on which COAR conclude a contract on behalf of each unit were specified in the planned provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 3 to SWZ.
5. Proceedings implemented as part of a project co -financed by the European Union - applies to Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy - the Employer declares that remuneration is co -financed by the European Union from the Cohesion Fund under the Technical Assistance Program for European Funds for 2021-2027.
