- The subject of the order is the long-term rental for a period of 36 months of a container sewage treatment plant operating in reverse osmosis technology. It is possible to shorten the rental period, but not less than 18 months,
after a prior 3-month notification to the Contractor by the Ordering Party.- in an exceptional situation beyond the control of the Ordering Party.
The device may be new or used.
Container sewage treatment plant further - the used device cannot be manufactured earlier than in 2018 and before delivery it must be completely checked in terms of technological equipmentand wearing parts must be replaced with new ones.
The Ordering Party expects to operate the device for at least 30 days a month for a period of 12 months a year.
