- The subject of the order is the servicing and repair of engines and generating sets in the years 2026 - 2028, performed in accordance with the order documents. Details regarding the subject of the order and the offer evaluation criteria will be included in the Specification Terms of the Order, which, together with a description of the subject of the order, will be provided to Contractors invited to submit offers. The scope of the contract planned for 2027 and 2028 will be implemented provided that the Ordering Party, in December 2026 and 2027, will receive confirmation from the administrator of budget funds that in the financial year 2027 and 2028 it will receive funds for the provision of the service in 2027 and 2028. The Ordering Party, after receiving confirmation of the disposal of financial resources referred to in referred to above, will immediately notify the Contractor of the need to implement the scope of the contract scheduled for implementation in 2027 and 2028. Task No. 1 Service - servicing of engines and generating sets manufactured by MTU in 2026 - 2028. Subject of the order is a service - servicing of engines and generator sets manufactured by MTU in the years 2026 - 2028 carried out in accordance with the order documents.
