Description:
The subject of the contract are the services of lustration, monitoring and property service at the KOWR OT operating area in Wrocław (Dolnośląskie Voivodeship). The order was divided into 6 separate parts (subjects of the contract).performed as part of this order will take place in the field (the location of the property indicated in the description of individual subjects of the contract) and/or headquarters of OT located:
- in Wrocław at ul. Mińska 60 (items 1-4 of the order)
- in Wrocław at ul. Kunickiego 2(items 5-6 of the order)
2) The Contractor will be obliged to provide services (including field work) in the amount of
150 hours per month.
3) The contracting authority will provide the Contractor with free organizational and technical service, including:
a) equipped with an office workplace, with access to basic devicestechnical, including a computer, copyer, telephone, enabling the performance of activities in the scope provided for in the contract,
b) sending and receiving correspondence related to the provided service,
c) completing and providing available for a given case source documents.
The contractor is obliged tocorrect operation of the provided property for the purposes of proper performance of the subject of the Agreement
4) The contracting authority informs that as part of ensuring free organizational and technical service, it does not provide for the provision of means of transport for the performance of services.
