Description:
The subject of the contract are the services of lustration, monitoring and property service at the KOWR OT operating area in Wrocław (Dolnośląskie Voivodeship). The order was divided into 7 separate parts (subjects of the order). The scope was indicated in the description of individual items
Conditions and deadlines subject of the contract:
1) The provision of services rendered under this order will take place in the field (the location of the property is indicated in the description of individual subjects of the contract) and/or headquarters of OT located:
Mińska 60 - items 1-4 orders
- in Świdnica at ul. Kliczkowska 28 - items 5 orders
- in Rakowice Wielkie 15 (Lwowka poviat) - items 6-7 of the order
2) The Contractor will be obliged to provide services (including field work) of 150 hours per month.
3) The contracting authority will provide the Contractor with free service organizational and technical, including:
a) equipped office work, with access to basic technical devices, including a computer, a copyer, a phone, enabling the performance of activities in the scope of the contract,
b) sending and receiving correspondence related to the provided service,
c) Completing and sharing source documents necessary for a given case.
The contractor is obliged to properly operate the provided property for the purposes of proper performance of the subject of the contract
