Description:
The subject of the contract is maintaining and servicing the HMS, EHMS and JHMS system with additional services in the form of:
1) 24 months:
- staff system- JHMS/Kadr;
- personal salaries; HMS/Plac, JHMS/Plac;
- An impersonal remuneration fund; HMS/BFPL, JHMS/BFPL;
- social activity of the university; JHMS/SOC;
-COMMUNITIAL COMMUNE; HMS/Kazp;
- virtual staff; EHMS/HR.
- mass payments; HMS/DKAS;
- Academic estate; HMS/Dees and JHMS/Dees;
- Study service - dean's system; HMS/DSYS, JHMS/DSYS;
- Internet recruitment; EHMS/IRKA;
- virtual dean's office; EHMS/DSYS;
- Pensum; EHMS/Pens;
-Syllabus; EHMS/SYLA:
- REST API POL-ON.
2) Development services under the basic order of up to 1000 man-hours in the period of 24 months from 01.07.2025 with the proviso that the number of man-hours in one month will not exceed 100 man-hours.
