Description:
The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: Maintaining cleanliness and order in the Bobolice Commune in 2026. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the ToR: Chapter B Description of the subject of the order. All provisions of the ToR and annexes relating to the subject of the order should be considered together with all attached documents (comprehensive). Employment conditions pursuant to Art. 95 section 1.2.1. The Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 95 of the Act, requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing activities related to the execution of the order, i.e.: at least 1 (one) person with at least 5 years of experience and a category B and T driving license; The employment in question should last throughout the entire order execution period.2.2.
