Description:
1) Maintaining cleanliness and order in the streets, squares, municipal plots and bus stops in the Municipality of Ask, part I. As part of the implementation of this part of the order, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right to increase the provision of services, and the value of the option may not exceed 10% of the total value of the services specified for the basic order. The ordering party may use the option multiple times until the above-mentioned options are exhausted. limit. The value of the services ordered by the Ordering Party under the option right will be consistent with the unit prices proposed by the Contractor in the offer form and will not be taken into account when evaluating offers based on the established criterion (Price 100%). The Ordering Party will inform the Contractor in writing about its intention to exercise the option right. The Contractor is not entitled to any claim against the Ordering Party if the Ordering Party does not exercise the option right. Order fulfillment covered by the option is the exclusive right of the Ordering Party. Services under the option right will be provided on the terms specified for the basic order.
