Description:
Description of the subject of the order covering the maintenance of cleanliness in the commune with an area of 47.31 km2, which includes, among others:
1.Scope:
1) cleaning works, such as: collecting garbage from pedestrian areas, green areas, city parks and other places of public, cleaning bus stops, sweeping at benches, sweeping sidewalks and squares, removing notices and posters from boards and advertising columns, washing fountains in the City Park and at Wolności Square, rivers at the 7th Uhlan Regiment Square every Friday from May 1. until September 30, cleaning surface before Christmas and New Year's Eve,
2)removing rainwater spillages from municipal streets,
3) liquidation of illegal landfills, i.e. loading waste into a container, including that collected within a radius of 5 m from the landfill, and transporting mixed municipal waste to a municipal processing installation municipal waste,
4) keeping bus shelters clean, i.e. cleaning windows, roofs, benches, sheet metal elements, removing dirt from gutters,
5) operation of street bins,
a. emptying street bins at specific locations in the city in the amount of approximately 760 items, in accordance with following map attachments,
b. collecting and raking waste located within a radius of 1 meter from the empty bin, as well as waste located within a radius of up to 5 meters from the bin,
