3.2 SWZ. Part I of the subject of the order includes maintaining cleanliness and order in the properties managed by MZB in Kielce, i.e.: maintaining cleanliness and order of corridors and staircases, entrances to buildings, vestibules, vestibules, attics, basement corridors, laundry rooms, drying rooms, shower rooms, common areas. kitchens, shared sanitary facilities, elevator cabins and maintaining cleanliness and order in external areas around the buildings, in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract attached to the SWZ (Appendix No. 8, part I Description of the Subject Matter of the contract, part I) under the conditions specified in the draft provisions contract and the spreadsheet attached to the offer - (Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ, which is also Attachment No. 2 to the contract). During the term of the contract, the ordering party has the right to change the number of properties, their location and the period of service provision.
