Description:
1. The subject of the order is to maintain cleanliness in the building of Primary School No. 5 in Siemianowice lskie, ul. Michakowicka 15 in 20262. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ and in the draft provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ)3. As part of the order The contractor is obliged to provide services by at least 2 full-time employees and 1 full-time employee (however, the ordering party allows the full-time job to be performed by two people employed on a shorter-time basis, e.g. full-time). 4. The selected Contractor is obliged to present within 7 days from the start of the contract, a detailed schedule presenting the scope of employees' work divided into areas, working hours and days of weekly and monthly benefits, and updating it with each change.5. The contractor is obliged to complete the order in accordance with the terms and conditions and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ).6.
