Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is to maintain cleanliness in the area of: the building of the Communication Center at ul. Tadeusza Kociuszki 8 A in Legionowo together with the adjacent area, multi-level garage at ul. Szwajcarska 6, extension of the existing underground passageo (without stairs and underpass), and a multi-level garage at ul. Kościuszki, to the extent specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and constituting an integral part of the contract., , 2. In order to secure the proper execution of the order, the Contractor is obliged to ensure the necessary cleaningcleaning products and equipment, including mechanical equipment for shoveling sidewalks in winter., 3. The Ordering Party will introduce a log of control of the correct execution of the order, in which comments and recommendations of both parties will be entered. 4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to control the method, frequencythe nature and quality of the services performed and to issue ad hoc orders to persons employed directly in the execution of the order, regarding the method, frequency, sequence and time of starting the execution of tasks.
