Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the contractor to provide the contracting authority consisting in maintaining cleanliness at the headquarters of the temporary Bank of Gospodarstwa Krajowego located in Warsaw at al. Jerozolimskie 81.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract, terms of the contract, quantities, dates, payments, price form, etc. It was specified in the description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter: "OPZ") and the planned provisions of the contract (hereinafter: "PPU").
3. The removal shared the subject of the contract on the basic order and the order covered by the right options:
1) subject The basic order is the provision by the Contractor to the Employer of a service consisting in maintaining cleanliness at the headquarters of the temporary Bank of the National Gospodarstwa Krajowego located in Warsaw at al. Jerozolimskie 81 on a total office space of 3,662 m2, in accordance with the requirements specified in OPZ constituting Annex 1 to SWZ;
location in the following range:
a) providing services up to 200 man -hours (option I),
b) providing services on an additional area up to 600 m2 throughout the period contract duration (option II),
c) Extending the period of the contract in the scope of providing services for a maximum of 24 months (option III).
The contracting authority informs that the right of the option is the entitlement of the Ordering Party, which he may, but does not have to use as part of this orders....
