• I.1. The scope of the order includes:
  1) collecting dirt,
  2) emptying garbage bins,
  3) cleaning of pavements,
  4) cleansing of weeds and turf of the surface of the fields, fitness zones and other hardened surfaces that are not a coherent pedestrian route,
  5) maintenance of greenery,
  6) removal plant hyperplasia (including rushing plants like ivy, vine) from fences, footballs and play equipment,
  7) Equalization of substrates from loose materials around and under devices, liquidation of molehirts,
  8) washing of play equipment, benches and information boards,
  9) removal of subtitles, graffiti, ads, advertisements and stickers from play equipment, trees, fences, lanterns, information boards and other small architecture devices,
  10) maintenance of artificial grass surface (brushing),
  11) washing synthetic surface.
  2. Option law.
  The contracting authority provides for options under the law Increasing the scope of the order to 30% of the basic scope, on the following rules:
  1) The option indicated may take place within the date of the contract and will be settled on the basis of unit prices given in the offer and the rules arising from the contract, provided that the funds have budget.
  2) The exercise of the right of the option will take place by writing the contractor in writing to the contracting authority about the exercise of the right of the option.
  3) In the event of the right of the option, the Contractor is obliged to perform it under the conditions specified in the contract for the basic order.
