- The subject of the contract is:
1. Complexic maintenance of cleanliness at the hospital facility in Buy with auxiliary services, i.e. intra-hypital transport: corpse, waste, underwear, meals of their disinfection chapter and washing of the vessels, in accordance with the sanitary and epidemiological requirements and the detailed rangethe obligations of the contractor specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ nin.
2. The landlord requires employment by the contractor acting as a permanent coordinator.
The contracting authority requires employment under an employment contract (full -time) by the Contractor or subcontractor min. 1 coordinating person/coordinatorServices acting duties of daily coordination of work on the contractor's staff addressed by the Contractor to carry out the subject of the order \ a
3. The extent of the rooms and the area covered by the cleanliness service is Annex 6 to the SWZ.
4. The contractor is obliged to apply the fundspurity approved for use in healthcare facilities as well as disinfectants and washing and disinfectants in accordance with the list contained in Table 1 to the SWZ NIN. The detailed cleaning range and for individual rooms is included in Table 2 to the SWZ.
