Description:
1. The order of the contract was specified in detail in Annex 7 and 8 to SWZ.
2. The contractor shall make the subject of the contract with the utmost care required from the entity professionally providing this type of service, on the basis of ensuring the highest quality of work, in accordance with the provisions of law, generally applicable, including by the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587 as amended) - the waste manufacturer created during the implementation of the subject of the contract is the Contractor (legal basis: Article 3 (1) (32) of the Waste Act), as well as with ordinance No. 140/21 Mayor of the City of Szczecin of March 23, 2021 on the standards of maintenance, protection and development of the green areas of the city of Szczecin and the duties of their implementation, as well as with SWZ and with the offer that will constitute an integral part of the contract.
