• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is: maintaining order and cleanliness of streets (gutters), sidewalks, parking bays, parking lots in the city of Ostroda, including:
  1) Part 1: Northern part of the city of Ostroda;
  2) Part 2: Southern part of the city of Ostroda;
  in accordance with the list of areas covered by the order (annex No. 5.1 to SWZ - for part 1, 5.2 to SWZ - for part 2), description of the subject of the order (Annex No. 6.1 to SWZ - for part 1, 6.2 to SWZ - for part 2) and the contract template (Annex No. 3 to SWZ).
  2. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of using it in the event of signing a maintenance agreement by the Ostroda Municipality of areas in the road lanes of district streets in the city of Ostroda, depending on the needs and possibilities, under the right of option (optional order), referred to in Art. 441 of the Act on Public Procurement, consisting in maintaining order and cleanliness of areas in the road lanes of district streets in the city of Ostroda:
  1) The scope of the option right was specified in the description of the subject of the order (according to the selected part of the order - Annex No. 6.1, 6.2 to the SWZ), the list of areas covered by the order (Annex No. 5.1 to the SWZ - for part 1, 5.2 to the SWZ - for part 2), price calculation form offer (Annex No. 4.1 to the SWZ - in the case of submitting an offer in part 1, 4.2 to the SWZ - in the case of submitting an offer in part 2 - in the part regarding the optional order).
