Description:
1. The subject of the order is to maintain the areas to a high and basic standard, which includes:
- Plac Przyjaźni park
- Frankfurt Square
- Sybirak Square
- Freedom Square
- Heroes' Square
- Independence Park
A high standard of lawn maintenance involves performing the following works:
a) v in April-May period, fertilizing the lawn with mineral fertilizer (nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, maintaining the proportion of 2:1:1.5) - once and intensively watering the lawn after fertilizing,
b) aerating the lawn surface at least twice a year, the first time in spring after drying the lawn, before vegetation and fertilization, and the second in early autumn (surface aeration),
c) mineral fertilization with autumn fertilizer in autumn - once,
d) mowing lawns ... once/a month, in the period from April 15, 2026 to September 15, 2026, (NOTE - mowing is one of the offer evaluation criteria)
e) mowing lawns twice a month, in the period from September 16, 2026 to October 31, 2026.
f) watering depending on needs, at least once a week, i.e. 24 times in the period April - September,
g) removing dicotyledonous plants with a chemical agent - 4 times in May-August,
h) ongoing care of trees and shrubs consisting of one-time screening, correction and shaping of crowns as well as cutting down dry tree branches,
i) watering trees within 3 years after planting,
j) daily inspection of the area and performance of tasks arising from the contract.
