Description:
I. Part 1 Maintenance and care of green areas in the city of Koronowo includes: 1) maintenance and care of green areas with a total area of approximately 7.63 ha, including: a) care and maintenance of lawns, b) maintenance and care of plantings in flower beds and pots, c) care of hedges, trees, shrubs and plants long-term; 2) maintenance and renovation of alleys and squares, including: a) dirt alleys, including gravel alleys, b) alleys with paving stones/concrete surfaces and stairs from the side of the park at ul. Paderewskiego towards ul. Farna, c) waste management in accordance with applicable regulations, d) effective securing damaged surfaces that may pose a threat;3) maintaining the water curtain on the street. Witosa in Koronowo;4) maintaining street furniture in proper technical condition;5) marking areas and street furniture;6) purchasing materials;7) systematic watering of plants and lawns on plots 475/20, 980/4 in the Koronowo district; 8) planting trees in the areas indicated by the Ordering Party; 9) cleaning works along ul.
