Description:
1. The subject of the order is the maintenance and care of green areas in the Tarnowo Podgorne Commune.
2. The material scope of the task being the subject of the proceedings is described in detail in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
3. The ordering party provides for the possibility of awarding the contract on the terms specified in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law up to 30% of the value of the basic contract in the scope of all parts of the contract, consisting in the repetition of similar services, in particular: in the field of maintenance and care of green areas, on the terms arising from the contract for the contract basic, subject to changes in completion dates and unit prices after negotiations.
95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, requires employment by a contractor or subcontractor pursuant to employment relationship of persons performing activities in the scope of contract execution, the performance of which consists in performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465 and of 2024, items 878 and 1222).
6. The proceedings are conducted as follows open tender within the meaning of Art. 132 PPL, using the procedure referred to in Art. 139 PPL (so-called reverse procedure).
