- Construction of a PV photovoltaic micro-installation with a capacity of 30 kW on the roofs of existing buildings. The task is carried out in the commune of Modliborzyce - Wierzchowiska Dzień 153 (plot no. 2991, district 0021), it is a building of the Volunteer Fire Department. Detailed information regarding the description, scope and conditions of implementation the subject of the order is defined by: Technical documentation; Technical Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Works (hereinafter: STWiOR); Health and Safety Information (hereinafter: BiOZ); Bill of quantities - constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ and the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. Due to the comments that the Contractor's remuneration indicated in the offer will be a lump sum, the Contractor should rely on the entire design documentation when pricing the offer. Technical documentation, Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works and other documents provided by the Ordering Party are to be determined prices for the execution of the subject of the order, and the requirements in at least one of them are binding on the Contractor as if they were included in the entire documentation.
