Description:
1. The subject of the order is the maintenance and development of the IT System for the Central Registration of Violations 2.0. - provision of professional maintenance and development services for ST CEN 2.0 for 48 months from April 7, 2026 (or from the date of signing the contract, if signed after that date), and conducting up to 40 briefings.
III Description of the subject of the contract and in Part IV SWZ (PPU) and annexes to SWZ.
3. The Ordering Party provides for the obligation of the Contractor applying for the contract to participate in the on-site visit ICT system of the Central Registration of Violations 2.0. Failure to participate in the on-site visit constitutes the basis for rejecting the Contractor's offer referred to in Art. 226 section 1 point 18 of the Public Procurement Law. The rules for participating in the mandatory on-site visit are specified in section III SWZ section 4.6.
4. Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers.
5. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers.
6. The Ordering Party does not provide for the possibility of using the option right.
7. The Ordering Party does not require the submission of the said evidence along with the offer.
8. The Ordering Party does not provide for this the possibility of supplementing the said means of evidence pursuant to Art. 107 section 2 of the Public Procurement Law.
9. The Ordering Party does not plan to hold a pre-bid meeting with the Contractors.
10. The Ordering Party allows the participation of subcontractors in the execution of the order.
