4.1. The subject of the order is the maintenance and development of the Quorum system and access to additional services.
The subject of the order will be implemented in particular through the provision (in the scope of the Quorum system by QNT Systemy Informatyczne sp. z o. o., whose license is held by the Ministry of Energy and Technology) of the following services:
1.maintenance and technical support;
2.technical assistance;
3.development;
4. access to the following tools:
1) management of HR and payroll data via a web browser;
2)registration of working time;
3)handling of absence requests;
4)preparation and sending of declarationstaxes electronically
e-Declaration (in the version without user limits);
5) automatic import of data from the FK module in order to prepare a document for sending in JPK.
