Description:
1. The subject of the order is the renewal of assistance and technical support for software and devices used by the Chief Inspectorate of Plant Health and Seed Inspection, divided into parts.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, for each part, is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order and Annex No. 2A to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract.

5. The Ordering Party does not envisage conducting an electronic auction referred to in Art. 227 - 238 of the Public Procurement Law.

7. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers.
8. The Ordering Party does not envisage concluding a framework agreement referred to in Art. 311 315 of the Public Procurement Law.
9. The Ordering Party does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings.
10. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of offers in the form of: electronic catalogs or adding electronic catalogs to the offer.
