Description:
1. The subject of the Order is the maintenance and emergency repairs of the Automatic Toll Collection System at metro stations, broken down into tasks (2).
2. The Ordering Party allows the submission of an offer for any number of tasks, with the proviso that the offer must cover the entire scope of the Subject of the Ordera in a given task.
3. The components, parts and devices replaced as part of maintenance and emergency repairs will be covered by a 24-month warranty, commencing upon signing the intervention card. The contractor will provide a 24-month warranty for the services provided.
4. Detailed scopees of the Subject of the Order has been described in the ST and its appendices.
5. The subject of the Order will be carried out in accordance with the documentation of the procedure, i.e. this Specification of Terms of the Order and its appendices, in particular the ST with appendices and the contract template (Annex 3 to the ToR).
