Description:
1. The subject of the order is the maintenance service of the military railway siding No. 165 in Asku, divided into parts: Part 1 maintenance of Wbk 165;2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in the attached: Technical specification for part 1, Annex No. 3a to SWZ3. The required period of quality warranty and warranty for defects is: maintenance performed (within the scope of part 1) is 24 months, counting from the date of preparation of the fault-free acceptance report of the subject of the contract. In the scope of the mentioned railway road elements, such as single and double railway sleepers.4. The order must be made with due care, in accordance with the current regulations applicable regulations and technical standards while maintaining applicable health and safety regulations as well as standards and principles of construction art, professional ethics and the provisions of the SWZ (and its annexes).5. The Ordering Party does not provide for the possibility of applying the option right referred to in Art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law. 6. The rules regarding the method of order execution, collection and other elements of the task are also included in the contract template constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
