Description:
1. The subject of the order is the service "Conservation and maintenance of channels in ZZ Elbląg."
2. The Employer allows for partial offers. The order consists of the following parts:
1) Part 1: Maintenance of NW Elbląg channels - town Elbląg, Elbląg commune, Gronowo Elbląskie;
2) Part 2:Maintenance of NW Elbląg channels - town of Elbląg, Elbląg commune;
3) Part 3: Maintenance of NW Elbląg channels - Markusy commune, Rychliki.- Regret. No. 1 to SWZ,
- Designed provisions of the contract (PPU)- No. 8 to SWZ.
3. The Employer does not allow the division of the order within individual parts.
4. For each part of the order No. 1 - 3 separately, the contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding the orders referred to in art. 214 para.1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law, constituting no more than 100% of the value of the basic contract for a given part of the contract, consisting in repetition of similar services and in accordance with the subject of the basic contract, and the total value of this contract was included in the calculation of the value of the contractfor a given part.
The order consists in repetition of similar services, in accordance with the subject of the basic contract, in the material scope:
for part 1: Channel maintenance not more than indicated in the table, in point 2.1 of the description of the subject of the contract of this part;
