- The subject of the order is the maintenance and ongoing maintenance of the emergency telephone system along the A4 motorway. The scope of the service covers emergency telephone devices located along the A4 motorway from the Balice I junction to the Tarnów Centrum junction in Lesser Poland Voivodeship. The scope of the order includes: 1) Ensuring that the emergency telephone system operates in full working order. 2) Maintaining the fiber optic network with all devices necessary for its proper functioning and used to operate the system emergency telephony.3) Ensuring wireless communication, data transmission and correct data transmission from alarm columns to OUA Targowisko and from OUA Targowisko to the Branch in Krakow,4) Maintenance and maintenance of workstations at the Information Point Road (PID) at the Branch in Kraków.5) Technical inspections, maintenance of devices and components of the emergency telephone system.6) Maintenance and ongoing maintenance of central devices, including the communication node, servers, emergency power supply, for operation emergency telephony located in a technical container on the premises of OUA Targowisko.7) Administration of the emergency telephony system, technical support for users. 8) Ensuring data archiving.
