A brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The first part of the contract includes: execution of maintenance and removal services in the field of electrical works and performing periodic measurements of electrical and lightning and lightning installations in buildings, premises, small architecture facilities and in external areas constituting ownership of the Municipality of Radom in real estate entrusted to the Management Board of the Ordering Party. The ordering party has 140 buildings in its Management Board and in them 1735 (residential and utility) and 2,350 residential / utility premises constituting the property of the commune, which are located in buildings managed by housing communities. Current surface area: in residential buildings 58 933.10 m 2; In buildings with a different destiny of 22 537,83 m2. 3.
