Description:
The subject of the order is the performance, based on the ordering party's order, of: maintenance and removal of trees on streets and municipal areas in the Rdmiecie District of the Capital City of Warsaw. Warsaw, under the administration of the Public Lands Authority, in 2026. Some of the streets and street areas are entered in the register and records monuments. The subject of the order shall specify: 1) the Contractor's offer form, including the list of works with unit prices constitutes an annex to the SWZ, 2) a list of works together with unit prices to the SWZ, 3) the technical conditions for the implementation of the contract and the technology for carrying out the works constitutes an annex to the SWZ, 4) the designed provisions of the contract, The works will be performed according to the needs reported by the Ordering Party. Settlement of works will take place on a monthly basis, based on the as-built list of works approved by the Ordering Party, using unit rates for individual types of works offered by the Contractor. in the list of works along with unit prices, prepared in accordance with the annex to the SWZ.
