Description:
The subject of the contract is the performance of ongoing maintenance and repairs in the field of construction services: masonry-north, roofing-blaz, carpentry, glass, flooring, Zduński in:
Part 1 - in the municipal buildings of the city of Inowrocław, managed by the Inowrocław economy Komunalna and Mieszkaniowa Sp. z o.o. in Inowrocław (hereinafter referred to as the manager) and in the administrative buildings of the City Hall of Inowrocław (al. Ratuszowa 36, al. Ratuszowa 33-35, al. Sienkiewicza 1, ul. Narutowicza 60) listed in Annex 1a to SWZ;
Part 2 - in the city's municipal buildings Inowrocław, managed by the Inowrocław Economy of Komunalna and Mieszkaniowa Sp. z o.o. in Inowrocław (hereinafter referred to as the manager) listed in Annex 1b to SWZ.
The list of municipal building real estate covered by the subject of the contract includes Annexes 1a (part 1), 1 b (part 2) to Swz.
The Employer reserves the right to increase or reduce the number of municipal buildings covered by the subject of the contract, settlement of services being the subject of the contract in additional buildings will take place according to the unit rates specified in the contractor's offer.
2. Zakres subject of the contract (applies to part 1):
1) masonry and plastering services, in particular: repair and supplementation of damaged plasters with painting repaired, replacement of damaged floors, replacement of damaged ceramic tiles in floors and on the walls, repair of floors, strop...
