- 3.1. The subject of the fall is the implementation of construction robs consisting in maintaining and maintenance of vibrations in the WACZ Dryniętwo. A detailed description of the subject of the Clave is included in Zajczenia No. 10 and 11 to SWZ: (1) an offer cost estimate; (2) Premier ROBT. Robt. Valuation of the offer. The work of the works commissioned during the implementation of the subject of the plate may be less than the quantities presented in the pre -City of Robt and the offer cost estimate, which, however, could not be grounds for any claims of the Contractor in relation to the contracting union on their legal basis. The Ordering Party may order during the implementation of the contract the scope of work smaller than the indicated in the pre -City of Robt and the offer cost estimate, however, no smaller than 70 % Salary.
