- The subject of the contract is maintenance and maintenance in a state of operational efficiency, including removing ad hoc failures and repairs:
a) Alarm systems and devices (Siua)
b) television supervisory system (TSN)
c) access control system (SKD)
d) key depositors.
Maintenance includes Performing activities guaranteeing full efficiency of the entire system after their performance. Maintenance must take place according to schedules
and algorithms provided for half -year inspections. In addition, the second semi -annual review should be expanded with activities resulting from the technical review
and foreseen For an annual review, i.e. checking alarm devices after a minimal efficiency norm, in order to determine the suitability resolutions for further annual operation. The implementation of the contract includes the performance of one maintenance in 2025, extended with activities resulting from the review technical and planned for an annual review up to 20 days after signing the contract. The list of maintenance and repair devices as well as specialized devices for the protection of objects presents the price form, which will be made available to contractors in the second stage of the proceedings.
