5.1 SUBJECT OF THE ORDER: 1. The subject of the order is Maintenance and replacement of vertical markings and road safety devices on municipal roads in Widnica in 2026.2. The subject of the order are construction works, within the meaning of Art. 7, point 21) of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in: 1) maintenance and conservation vertical markings and road traffic safety devices, to the extent specified by the Ordering Party, as well as resulting from current needs, such as road accidents, requests from residents, devastation, etc., 2) performing works based on new traffic organization designs for marking vertical in the city of Widnica3.
