- 1. The subject of the order is maintenance and service of air conditioning and ventilation installations and devices for SPWSZ in Szczecin.
2. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract, constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, and in the description of the subject of the order.ia, constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ.

1. The subject of the order is maintenance and service of air conditioning and ventilation installations and devices for SPWSZ in Szczecin.
2. Detailed Description of the Subject of the Orderis constituted as Annex No. 1 to SWZ
3. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7) of the Public Procurement Law, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract.
4. The orders referred to in point 3 above will, within the scope of Task No. 1, consist in repeatingservices consistent with the services that are the subject of this order and services similar to them in terms of the technological aspect of their implementation. The scope of the services constituting the subject of the orders referred to in point 3.9. will include maintenance and continuous and replacement service of the installation andair conditioning and ventilation for SPWSZ in Szczecin, i.e. activities indicated by type in the Detailed description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and provided in the manner described there, while adapting the scope of the order and the deadline for its implementation to the needs of the order.
